3rd Level - Main Level:

Climb the rooftop deck from the back door and soak in panoramic views of the lake and mountains! Perfect for sipping wine and dining with six adults or lounging on beach chairs. Just a heads-up: there’s no firepit here, but the views are worth it!

The community clubhouse, overseen by the HOA, closes its doors at 10 p.m.

A1 Vacation Rentals' policies are designed for a tranquil and enjoyable experience for all guests:

~Maximum occupancy: Ten (10) guests and four (4) vehicles. Parking is available in the garage and driveway—no RVs, campers, or trailers allowed.
~ All smoking, pets, and parties are strictly prohibited on the property.
~"Quiet Hours" must be observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., especially outdoors. To maintain noise level compliance and ensure safety, we have partnered with NoiseAware™. Please note that security cameras are installed in the access and parking areas.
~Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation, and a security deposit or damage insurance is required for all stays.
