Information & Directions
The following is provided for your information before and during your stay.
1. Please check the information in our Guestbook we've sent you to confirm the dates of your stay.
2. Check-in Procedures: Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. on your arrival date. Use our Guestbook for directions to the unit, access, and information, such as your internet password. We apologize for not offering early check-in at specific times of the year; it never hurts to ask.
3. Check-out Procedures: Check-out is before 10:00 a.m. on your departure date. We apologize for being unable to offer late departures at specific times of the year; it never hurts to ask.
Additionally, we ask you to follow some closing procedures for the unit:
-Run the dishwasher.
-Take out all the trash.
-Do not strip the beds; leave that to us!
-Secure the unit.
-Turn the heat down to 60
-This is a biggie > Gather all your things, i.e., clothes, phone chargers, etc.
4. Vehicles: Vehicles: With parking tighter than skinny jeans, most places will only let you park two (2) vehicles per unit. Sorry, campers, trailers, and motorhomes—you're on the "no entry" list! And remember, stick to all those parking rules—driveways, lots, streets—you know the drill! Break the rules, and you might find a ticket on your windshield or your car getting towed, all at your own expense. Trust us, that's one surprise you do not want!
5. Housekeeping Services: While you’re kicking back with us, we’ve covered you with all the towels and linens you’ll need! If you fancy a few extras, like more towels, linen swaps, or a mid-week sprucing up, we can make that magic happen for just $45.00 an hour! Just give us a shout to set it up. Pro tip: Bring your own towels for the clubhouse fun! Just a heads-up: if any towels go missing or come back looking like they went mud wrestling, there might be a little charge. Oh, and we ask you to stick with disposable facial towels for your makeup removal. Happy lounging!
6. Supplies / Firewood: We’ve stocked your unit with paper products for your stay! If you need more, you’ll need to grab them yourself. Paper towels are your best buddies for spills and messy mishaps! Now, about that firewood: We’re all about saving the planet, so we don’t offer it from April to November. Your eco-friendly vibes are appreciated!
7. Shoes, boots, and ski boots: Heads up, shoe enthusiasts! Some fabulous spots have a strict no-shoe policy—no footwear inside! If you’ve snagged a reservation, you’re on board with the owner’s wishes. Feel free to kick off your kicks in the garage or by the front/back doors. And listen closely: NO SKI BOOTS ALLOWED! Let's keep it cozy and clean!
8. Skis and Bicycles: Some of our units come with ski racks in the unit or garage, so go ahead and give them some love!
If your unit is ski-rack-less, park your gear on the deck or stash it in a closet—keep it safe to dodge any damage fees! Bicycles? They get the VIP treatment on the patio or in the garage, but they’re not allowed in the unit! We can’t play the blame game for lost or stolen stuff, so lock it up tight! And for the love of snow and pedals, don’t leave your skis or bikes hanging out in your vehicles, either!
9. “MI CASA ES SU CASA” Our last little favor during your stay? Treat this pad like it’s your castle! Each rental is a unique gem, owned by different folks and stocked with their treasures. So, let’s keep it all in its rightful home—please don’t move or shuffle any items between units! Your cooperation makes the magic happen!
Your unit has the basics, but if you need anything else, text 970-425-1129 or call us, and we'll find a solution! Also, “Think Green” means turning off all lights when necessary.
