We are back for the second year in a row and this time same like the first time we were impressed with the ability of the rental management overall communication skills, accommodating us for all our needs, the place was very clean and perfect for our small group, great location right between the skii slopes and the stores. The place was perfect except a bit far from the lake.
And unfortunately too high for me. It was unexpected and I had to give up and go back to Denver after 3 days because of elevation. Too bad.

The home was really perfect for us. We love Dillon and are very familiar with the area. Situated in a perfect location to all activities. The home is so well cared for and the owners have done so much to make things comfortable for renters.

We had an amazing experience staying in this home. It was the perfect size for our two families. We had plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The beds were so comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed, plus more! And the views of the mountains and lake were gorgeous! We will definitely stay here again and tell all our friends about A1 Rental Vacations.

Summertime Colorado! We are, as a group, all seasoned, experienced, and frequent travelers. This property was outstanding! Immaculately maintained and cleaned, well stocked and perfect location for all we wanted to see and do! The only minuscule concern we might’ve had was noting the hot tub water was past due for a change but felt confident that chlorine would handle any immediate concerns. We tremendously enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it for future travels! We will be back!

I originally thought that the living room was a walk through for some reason, I guess due to pictures but it wasn't (which wasn't a big deal & the house had plenty of space)! The bedrooms are nice and spread out. Kitchen was plenty big, nice big fridge, coffee maker and nice big dinner table. We stayed here & drove to Keystone, Beaver Creek & Breck. Being able to park in the garage was a nice feature too! I hope to be able to stay here again one day.

James at A-1 was a very responsive host, sent all of our electronic access information ahead of time, responded to questions while we were there, and the house was in great shape with extra blankets, clean cookware, humidifiers, etc. Hot Tub was great also.

There were 4 of us who stayed over at a time; overlapped during one weekend day. We had a problem which was immediately addressed by James at the management company. He worked very well with us. The house was well equipped with everything we could need. Two cars fit in the garage while the rest were on the driveway. Furnishings were comfortable and nicely up to date. Most of all everything was SUPER clean and there were views from every room in the house!

I will hit the highlights. We reserved this house thinking we would have 6 - 8 people staying. There are individual sleeping spaces for 7 and then people would need to share or find other spaces. As it turned out we only had 4 staying at the same time which meant we all had our own rooms, except that one of the rooms became unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. We contacted James at A1 rentals and he had the issue taken care of right away and worked well with us to address the situation. We appreciate that we had someone to call who was very responsive.Let's hit the highlights:Location: Located off highway 6 (the road that comes from I-70 into Keystone, we could hear the road from the outside, but it was quiet inside. It is very accessible and easy to get to. We did drive to our hikes, one at Dillon reservoir and one at Wildernest - both were quick rides.Views: There were views from EVERY window. We could see the reservoir out the front and the house backed up to open space and a mountain.Accommodations: The kitchen was well equipped, there was everything we needed. Bath towels were great and toiletries were included. Furniture, including beds were comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen were well appointed. Couches were comfortable. We spent a lot of time simply lounging around the house.Parking spaces: We fit two larger cars in the garage and the other cars fit on the driveway.Most of all everything was super clean!We had a great visit. Thank you.
