Welcome to our home! The front door is easily accessible via a 30-step staircase that ascends to the majestic main entrance.

Throughout the seasons, you'll enjoy effortless access to the sparkling waters of Lake Dillon and a selection of world-renowned ski resorts, including Copper Mountain (13m), Breckenridge (17m), Keystone (8m), A-Basin (11m), Loveland (12m), and Vail (32m). Summit County also beckons with splendid trails and outdoor activities, and just a short five-minute drive unveils an outlet mall, a movie theater, a large grocery store, and a delightful array of exceptional dining options.

This charming abode offers the following amenities:
• The main floor living room welcomes you with a sofa, a TV with streaming capabilities, and a flickering gas fireplace. It has quick access to a large deck and some overwhelming views!
• The upper level features two cozy bedrooms, each adorned with a queen bed and sharing a full bath. Both bedrooms boast a deck from which the view is breathtaking!
• The kitchen has all essential appliances, cooking utensils, a full bath, and a spacious deck. The washer/dryer are included!

The abode brims with enchanting essentials: plush linens, soft towels, delightful toiletries, a hairdryer, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a charming drip coffee maker, promising an enchanting stay.

WINTER GUESTS: An all-wheel-drive (AWD) or four-wheel-drive (4WD) chariot is recommended to reach this enchanting destination.

Please adhere to the following policies to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests as well as neighbors:

- Maximum occupancy is six (6) guests and up to three (3) cars. All other guests staying on-site MUST be reported to VRPM immediately.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed on the property.
- Maximum of two (2) dogs (60 lbs. max) are allowed. No additional animals are permitted.
- "Quiet Hours" MUST be observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., especially outside. We've partnered with NoiseAware™ to monitor noise levels in indoor common areas and outdoor environments, providing liability protection and ensuring safety.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted on the property.
- You must be at least 25 years old to book, and a security deposit or damage insurance is required for all stays.
