• The upper level features two cozy bedrooms, each with a queen bed and sharing a full bath. Both bedrooms boast a deck with a breathtaking view!
• The kitchen has all essential appliances, cooking utensils, a full bath, and a spacious deck. The washer/dryer is included!

- Maximum occupancy: six (6) guests and three (3) cars. Parking is available in the garage and driveway—no RVs, campers, or trailers allowed.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed on the property.
- Maximum of two (2) dogs (60 lbs. max) are allowed. No additional animals are permitted.
- "Quiet Hours" MUST be observed from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., especially outside. We've partnered with NoiseAware™ to monitor noise levels in indoor common areas and outdoor environments, providing liability protection and ensuring safety.
- No smoking of any kind is permitted on the property.
- You must be at least 25 years old to book, and a security deposit or damage insurance is required for all stays.
