As winter sets in, relax on the cozy sectional sofa by the gas fireplace and catch up on your favorite movies or shows on the smart TV. The lower level features a dedicated entertainment area with child-friendly furniture and another smart TV, ideal for older children or a tranquil moment with an engaging book. At night, unwind in one of the four spacious and private bedrooms, each showcasing its distinct character and stunning views, guaranteeing a peaceful night’s rest. In addition to complimentary Wi-Fi, the property comes fully equipped with linens and towels, toiletries, a hairdryer, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a magical drip coffee maker.

Our policies ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests:

The maximum occupancy is ten (10) guests, and parking for four (4) vehicles is available in the garage and driveway.
-Events, parties, or large gatherings on the property are strictly prohibited.
-"Quiet Hours" must be respected from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., especially outdoors. NoiseAware™ monitors noise levels in common indoor and outdoor areas for safety and compliance, offering liability protection.
-No pets and no smoking of any kind on the property.
-You must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation, and a security deposit or damage insurance is required for all stays.
