The nearby clubhouse, just a short walk away, features a pool and additional amenities. Trailheads nearby grant you access to the open space behind the community and the picturesque Lake Dillon trail system.
This prime location offers convenience, as it is home to six of Colorado's top resorts: Copper Mountain (14 miles), Breckenridge (15 miles), Keystone (7 miles), A-Basin (10 miles), Loveland (13 miles), and Vail (33 miles). Lake Dillon (3.5 miles) and the Blue River provide excellent freshwater fishing opportunities, making this the perfect locale for adventure and relaxation.
Step inside this delightful home, where peace and excitement await. The spacious living room is a comforting haven, featuring a large TV with streaming services, a gas fireplace, extra lounge chairs, and cozy window benches. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and a full bath, complete with a separate shower and jetted tub. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a double oven and a generous island, is perfect for meal preparation. The dining area comfortably accommodates eight guests, while the expansive deck includes a gas grill for outdoor cooking.
The lower level includes the second bedroom with a king-size bed and a shared Jack and Jill full bathroom, the third bedroom with two full beds and a shared Jack and Jill full bathroom, the fourth bedroom with two full beds and a full bath and the fifth bedroom featuring a twin bunk with two twin beds. Here, you’ll also find a pool table room, a living area with a large TV and streaming capabilities, a game table, a gas fireplace, and access to a patio with a private hot tub. A spacious laundry room with a washer and dryer is available.
Rest assured, the property is fully stocked with everything you need, from linens and towels to complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a drip coffee maker. We’ve considered every detail to ensure your stay is comfortable.
Our policies ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests:
-Maximum occupancy is twelve (12) guests and three (3) vehicles. Parking is available in the garage and driveway.
-Events, parties, or large gatherings on the property are strictly prohibited.
-"Quiet Hours" must be respected from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., especially outdoors and in the hot tub. NoiseAware™ monitors noise levels in common indoor and outdoor areas for safety and compliance, offering liability protection.
-No pets or smoking of any kind is allowed on the property.
-You must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation, and a security deposit or damage insurance is required for all stays.

House was perfect for our group of 10 with two late additions due to problem with their hotel for a total of 12. Plenty of space for simultaneous different activities by groups. All features like hot tub and pool table were very high quality. Only one step to gain main floor access worked well for our family member with mobility issues.

This property was perfect! Immaculate in its amenities and offerings. Short drive to everything around, minutes from Keystone and a short drive from A-Basin or Breckenridge. More than enough space to stretch out, play some pool or relax in the hot tub. Super easy to work with and coordinate our stay. I will plan to book this again for future trips to the Keystone area.

Great house close to everything near Dillon/Silverthorne area...5 mins from Keystone ski and 20 mins from Breck. Spacious, very well equiped. Would stay there again. Thanks A1 Rentals made the check in and our stay very pleasant.

The house is gorgeous and very spacious. I loved that all the couples had their own private space. My 89 year old dad stayed in the upstairs smaller bedroom and it was perfect for him. The group loved hanging out in the beautiful well equipped kitchen and around the kitchen island. We enjoyed hiking around the Old Dillon Reservoir and Tenderfoot Trail. Everyone also enjoyed a boat ride on Lake Dillon. The house was spectacular, in a a beautiful neighborhood, and close to town. We had an amazing trip. Thanks for letting us stay at your house.

We have been renting from James at A1 for years and are never disappointed! This house was no exception, it’s beautiful, super clean, easy check in and out and very well managed.
The house itself is amazing, a wonderful choice for a family vacation. When you walk in, it’s a huge open layout. The kitchen has everything you need for big dinners and a nice table for everyone. There is a fireplace with window seats, where many naps were taken! The pool table downstairs was a big hit with everyone and, of course, the hot tub! The bedrooms all have nice bedding and are comfortable and plenty big.
There is a great view off the deck. It was a favorite place to have coffee every morning. From sunrise to star gazing it was one of the best features of the house.
We loved our stay here!

At the time we stayed, the listing actually undersold the amount of space and beds. We had 11 people but could have very comfortably fit another 5-6. This property has a great balcony, spacious living and kitchen area to hang out, and a nice hot tub. We had a great time for getting to Keystone skiing.

This property is beautiful inside and out! Everything was very clean and perfect! It is close to many attractions and we were able to stay busy with many things to do nearby like Lake Dillon, Breckenridge, shopping and much more! The pool table and hot tub kept our family occupied on rainy days! The management team is very easy to work with and very responsive!!

Totally lucked out! Fit a large group of college friends perfectly, easy drive to nearby hikes, and the area is beautiful. Management was excellent to work with as well! Highly recommend.
